I DID CHLOE TING'S 2 WEEK SHRED CHALLENGE

SOOOOOOOO... If you haven't heard her name during the span of this quarantine, I could really say that you have been living under a rock. So to start, Chloe Ting is a fitness youtuber who posts easy-to-do at home workouts, and the videos that really trended was the videos under her "2 Week Shred" Challenge which consisted of 25-50 min workouts daily and is said to do you wonders in 2 weeks and who wouldn't want a complete body transformation in 14 days so I gave it a try.
Before starting with workouts I saw on the internet, I used to go to the gym everyday before my class because I really wanted to maintain the form I had, I went to Performance Lab in Cagayan de Oro City, so I was used to the high intensity, breathtaking(literally) workouts haha, so I was basically looking for a workout that had the same impact the same the gym gave me.

So as you see, I already have a lean body, but I wanted to become fit and toned because it was just skin, some fat and then bones, so I started the 2 week shred challenge with high hopes because I watched a lot of results videos haha.
This was the main 2 videos in the challenge and these are the videos that will greet you on your first day of the challenge, and I can truly say that at first try, this workout will give you a run for your money especially if you have been snacking on Potato Chips and chocolate wafers like I did for the past few weeks. After a few days, your body will get used to the burn but you will still feel the sweat drip down your face and unfortunately for me, this didn't allow me to take cute selfies after my workout but that's not the challenge anyways haha. Everything was going good, I saw changes in my body and my abs were definitely getting toned, lines became more visible and all and that was still on the first week.
But during day 10, my body started being unresponsive to the workouts, I mean I would sweat and such but I felt myself getting softer haha, meaning my body wasn't maintaining the muscles that it gained during the first few days of the workout, but as I said before, I was used to different workouts everyday at my gym, so maybe it was due to the repetition and my muscle memory that it got so used to the same workouts every single day that I also lost interest and motivation to workout, but nonetheless, I still finished the 14 days because there was still a possibility that I would be snatched after those 14 days hahaha.
So my final verdict, does the 2 week shred challenge by Chloe Ting really work?
Hmmmmm it depends, because as we all know, we have different body types and not all workouts will work with everybody, and due to my background in working out, it was a 50/50 for me, because don't get me wrong, I did see some changes in my body and I am truly grateful, but it was not sustainable for me and I couldn't use the workout every single day because in the end I would probably gain weight in the long run haha, BUUUUUUUT, I did see results videos where some people had drastic changes and amazing results, so let me put it this way, "IT DOESN'T HURT TO TRY", so if you're really curious on how your body will react to the workout, give it a try! It's just 2 weeks, you never know, maybe it will work differently than it did for me.
